INGREDIENTS

175 gr all-purpose flour...

1 teaspoon baking powder...

1 teaspoon soda bicarbonate...

1 teaspoon salt...

100gr DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%...

125gr DODONI feta...

2 eggs...

100ml DODONI fresh milk...

8-10 olives...

PREPARATION

Pit the olives and chop them in small pieces.
Crumble the feta cheese. 

 

EXECUTION

Mix flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, salt, eggs and DODONI yoghurt, in a large bowl.

Add feta cheese, the milk and olives and mix the ingredients until they're combined, for about 3 minutes.

Line a cupcake pan with paper liners. Fill each baking cup 2/3 full with the batter. 

Bake for 18-20 minutes in preheated oven in 180°C. 

Cool the cupcakes and serve.
