INGREDIENTS

250 gr. DODONI cow's butter...

250 gr. chocolate bitter...

50 gr. peanut butter ...

5 egg yolks...

5 eggs...

300 gr. sugar ...

250 gr. flour ...

PREPARATION

Brake the chocolate in small pieces and putt in a bowl with the butter. Put the bowl in a pot with boiling water (Bain-Marie) and melt.

EXECUTION

Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar into the bowl mixer. Add the melted butter with chocolate in the egg mixture. Mix well until fluffy and then add the peanut butter. Sift the flour and then add into the mixture. Mix well. Brush ramekins with butter and sprinkle a little bit of flour. Add the mixture in the ramekins and feel until 3/4. Bake for 10 minutes in 170cc.
