INGREDIENTS

1 broccoli ...

6 bacon strips ...

4 eggs...

350 ml DODONI fresh milk 1.5% fat...

75 gr. DODONI graviera...

75 gr. DODONI kefalotiri ...

2 tbs all-purpose flour...

salt and pepper...

PREPARATION

Grate graviera and kefalotiri.
Boil broccoli for 3-4 minutes in salted water. 
Cut bacon in pieces. 

EXECUTION


Share the broccoli and the bacon in 6 ramekins . 
Whisk the eggs with the milk in a bowl and add salt and pepper. Add flour, graviera and kefalotiri and mix well. 
Pour the egg mixture into the ramekins.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 180°C in preheated oven.
