INGREDIENTS

½ kilo potatoes...

5 garlic cloves...

300 gr. DODONI cow’s yoghurt...

100 ml DODONI fresh milk 3,5% fat...

olive oil...

salt & pepper...

PREPARATION

Place the garlic cloves in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.  

Place the potatoes and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large pot and fill with cold water to cover the potatoes. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

EXECUTION

Peel the potatoes and transfer to a bowl. Salt & pepper the potatoes and add the milk. Mash the potatoes with a fork or with the potato masher. 

Peel the garlic cloves and place the flesh into a bowl. Add yoghurt and puree the mixture with a fork. 

Mix thoroughly the two mixes and serve.
