INGREDIENTS

1 pack of spinach...

200gr DODONI anthotyros...

10 fresh strawberries...

10 leaves of basil...

4 tb of balsamic glaze...

50gr crushed hazelnuts...

Olive oil...

salt & pepper...

PREPARATION

Wash and drain the spinach. Cut the strawberries into a big chunks.

 

EXECUTION

Place spinach and strawberries in a bowl. Add the olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle over, the anthotyros. Serve the salad in a plate and add hazelnuts and basil.
