Over ten million products have been distributed to vulnerable social groups in the last 8 years

With a great sense of responsibility of the new social reality, DODONI produced 10.5 tons of DODONI Strained Yoghurt light 2% to be distributed to organizations in Epirus, Attica, Xanthi & Drama as well as in the Saronic and Aegean Islands, thereby aiding people in true need and serving a society of love and solidarity.

Recognizing the critical need to support our fellow citizens in need, the company actively supported the important work of the Epirus Region and of many other institutions and Non-Profit Organizations, through BOROUME, UNESCO Club of the Department of Piraeus, Metropolis of Thebes and Archbishopric of Athens by distributing Strained Yoghurt light 2% in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and soup kitchens to reach those in greatest need.

Through the multidimensional initiative “Taste of Good” and by constantly putting people first, DODONI has made significant donations over the last ten years which have exceeded 100 tones of pure dairy products. In this way, the company helps the larger Greek society throughout time by acts of social solidarity and contribution, contributing to the improvement of our fellow citizens' quality of life, even in the most remote regions.

At the same time, DODONI provides dairy products to institutions, hospitals, public and private organizations that help socially disadvantaged people, and it supplies with goods the Child Creativity Centre of the Metropolis of Ioannina, parishes, as well as the nursing home, and orphanage of the monastery of Panagia Dourachanis on a daily basis.

Mr. Michalis Panagiotakis, CEO of DODONI, stated: “Personally, I am extremely touched by the work of the DODONI family. All this time we worked hard, contacted several organizations, recorded their needs, and made this significant donation. This massive endeavour could not have been carried out without the assistance and cooperation of all parties, to whom we express our heartfelt gratitude. We shall continue to do our utmost to alleviate the suffering of our fellow citizens, while also supporting projects and activities of organizations that improve the quality of life of all those who require our assistance. By working together, we transform the “Taste of Good” into a taste of giving and love.”
