Sheep Graviera one of the most popular cheeses in Greece, has a hard texture with a slightly sweet flavor. DODONI’s sheep milk Graviera is made exclusively from pasteurized sheep and goat milk, using the traditional cheese making method of the Epirus region and DODONI. Try it as a snack; sliced, grated or as a tasty cooking ingredient!
