THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
2⁄3 cup cocoa, sifted
2 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
250gr DODONI cow's butter
PREPARATION
Let the butter come to room temperature. Sift the flour together with the cocoa. Add, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cover a baking tin with parchment paper. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
EXECUTION
In a bowl, put butter and sugar and mix with an electrical mixer until you get a creamy mixture. Pour, one by one the eggs and add the vanilla extract while you mix the batter. Add the yoghurt and keep mixing until well incorporated. Little by little, add the flour mix. Pour the batter in the baking tin. Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes depending on the oven
