THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
500 gr shrimps, peeled
50 gr fresh cow butter DODONI
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 red hot chili pepper
30 ml ouzo
4 juicy tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 star anise
1 pinch of clove
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of pepper
120 gr DODONI feta crumbled or cubed
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
PREPARATION
We start with heating the butter in high heat. Then we add the shrimps and saute them for 1 minute for every side. When they change color, we put them in a plate.
EXECUTION
In the same pan with the butter we saute the onion for 1-2 minutes and then we add the garlic and the red hot chili pepper. We stir for one more minute and then we pour the ouzo.
We wait until it evaporates and we add the tomatoes and the tomato paste, the anise, the clove, salt and pepper.
We stir, having the heat medium and we rest for 15 minutes in order for the tomatoes to cook. Then we add the shrimps, we stir for 1-2 minutes and crumble the feta cheese in the pan. We stir gently and we remove from them from the fire. We serve hot in a plate and we garnish with chopped parsley
