INGREDIENTS

500 gr. flour ...

250 gr. cold DODONI cow's butter in square pieces ...

1 egg...

1 egg yolk...

2-3 table spoon of cold water...

1 pinch of salt...

9 slices of prosciutto ...

2 peaches ...

9 walnuts ...

9 leaves of spearmint ...

honey for topping ...

PREPARATION

In a big bowl put the flour with the butter and work by hand. Put the egg, egg yolk, water and salt. Mix the dough very well and put in the fridge for an hour to chill.

 

EXECUTION

Take the dough and work out by hand in the ramekins. Bake in the oven in 180 cc until golden. Put in the tartlets prosciutto, peach in small pieces, walnuts, spearmint and honey on top.
