180 gr. DODONI fresh cow’s butter

250 gr. semisweet baking chocolate, in pieces

PREPARATION

Weigh all the ingredients. Sift together the flour and cocoa in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180οC. Butter or line a square pan with parchment paper. Prepare a bain marie: fill a small pot with water and let it simmer over low heat.

EXECUTION

 Put the chocolate and butter in an inox metal bowl and melt it over the simmering pot of water. Mix well until you get a smooth mixture.
Remove the bowl from the heat, add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Add the flour and cocoa into the chocolate mixture and mix gently, using a baking spatula.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes, at 180oC.
Let the brownies cool for a bit, cut into squares and serve.
