INGREDIENTS

200gr green beans...

2 cloves of garlic...

20 cherry tomatoes...

100gr DODONI feta ...

salt & pepper...

olive oil...

apple vinegar...

PREPARATION

Wash the green beans and bring to boil for 2 minutes in salty water. Put the beans in a a bowl and add icing water. Mince the garlic. After five minutes, drain the beans.

EXECUTION

Add the beans in a hot pan with olive oil. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, finish with salt and pepper. Sauté for a minute and serve in a plate with apple vinegar and crumbled feta on top.
