1 table spoon of DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%
100 gr. DODONI feta cheese
1000 gr. cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
20 leaves of coriander
1 slice of melon
20 red grapes
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 table spoon of red vinegar
salt & pepper

PREPARATION
Wash well the cherry tomatoes, grapes, cucumber and red bell pepper.

Cut the melon and add all the rest of the ingredients in a bar blender. Add the yoghurt, fresh coriander, olive oil, red vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend well and drain. Serve the soup in small bowls with crumbled feta cheese.
