INGREDIENTS

1 table spoon of DODONI authentic Greek yoghurt 8%...

100 gr. DODONI feta cheese...

1000 gr. cherry tomatoes...

1 cucumber...

1 red bell pepper...

20 leaves of coriander...

1 slice of melon...

20 red grapes...

2 table spoons of olive oil...

1 table spoon of red vinegar...

salt & pepper...

PREPARATION

Wash well the cherry tomatoes, grapes, cucumber and red bell pepper.

EXECUTION

Cut the melon and add all the rest of the ingredients in a bar blender. Add the yoghurt, fresh coriander, olive oil, red vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend well and drain. Serve the soup in small bowls with crumbled feta cheese.
