THE EXPERIENCE
INGREDIENTS
150 gr corn flour
100 gr all purpose flour
1,5 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
180 ml fresh DODONI milk
5 Frankfurt sausages
10 slices DODONI TouTost cheese
Oil for frying
PREPARATION
In a medium bowl combine corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder and sugar. Stir in eggs and DODONI milk, till it is smooth. Pour it in a high glass.
Prepare the sausages, cutting them in the middle and then insert a wooden skewer into each one.
EXECUTION
Lay a cheese slice DODONI TouTost on a surface, and roll it over the sausage. We do the same for the rest of the sausages. In a deep saucepan, preheat oil in highest heat and then lower the heat to high. First we roll the sausage in batter until well coated and then we fry it in the saucepan for about 3 minutes and we turn it upside down and let it fry for 2 more minutes until lightly brown. Depending on the size of the sauce pan we can fry 2-3 corn dogs simultaneously. When ready drain on paper towels. We serve with ketchup sauce.
