INGREDIENTS

400 gr. all purpose flour...

2 eggs...

250 gr DODONI feta cheese...

50 ml olive oil ...

250 ml fresh DODONI milk ...

salt & pepper...

cow’s butter for the tin...

PREPARATION

Sieve the flour in a bowl. Crumble with your hands the feta cheese.

EXECUTION

Place in a bowl the flour and add the milk, oil, eggs, salt and pepper and stir until a watery batter.
Grease the pan well and pour the mixture.
Share the feta cheese over the batter.
Bake in preheated oven at 190oC for 40-45 minutes.
